Knife and Food Safety
On the very first day, we talk about knife and food safety - EVERYONE learns how to use the knife safely, with lots of supervision, and become pros by the end of the week.
So "stay away from knives" is NOT in our books!
We have 1:4 adult to child ratio. This allows us to build rapport with each child, get to know them by name and focus on what they'd like to learn.
