Did you know that by adding #spices like cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, or ginger to your families' dishes will add sweeter flavour notes without the added sugar?
Similarly, spices like rosemary, basil, tarragon, cumin, garlic powder, or oregano can add savoury flavours without the added salt.
This recipe is simple and quick, made with only a few ingredients. So why not make something delicious that will also give you more time to spend with mom? That's what I thought.
